How to Register

There are two steps to register for the Mid Winter Rally:

1. This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to send an email to Randy Smelser, who will be taking care of registrations this year. We will need the following information from you:
  • Names of all who will be attending, address, and phone number
  • Ages of all children
  • Any special instructions (will you be coming early, staying later, etc...)
2. Send your deposit (Please read the following section for detailed information on sending the deposit)
Note: The registration deadline is October 15. After this date, we cannot guarantee beds. Please register by this date!
 

Deadlines

We must know if you plan on attending this year's rally by October 15, 2008. A deposit of €50/singles and €100 per family is due upon registration.
 

Deposit

As in years past, Stefan Duckeck has agreed to handle payments for the registrations. Your deposit of €50 for singles and €100 for families may be sent in the following ways:
